Was a ridiculous choice of manager for a relegation battle. Can't believe how many people fell for it cos of his name. I said Dyche at the time and was laughed at.
Yes I agree, if we had been on a bad run but still been related safe in mid table moving forward Frank might have been a good idea. I wanted Dunc to get it in till the summer (could have failed, but in hindsight he couldn’t have done much worse than Frank) then we were left with Lampard and Perrera my choice was Frank out of those 2, not much of a choice really. Rooney was mentioned but i do think that was a non runner because he seems to be quite loyal to Derby for the time being.

We thinking long or short term with that though? Lampard was an eye long term.

A Dyche dynasty after this season?

All this nonsense about replacing Lampard with Allardyce is laughable. Allardyce is all about having a solid defence, minimum mistakes and nicking a goal for a win. Just think for a second. Solid defence? Holgate/Keane/Kenny/Mina/Coleman!

Yeah ok...........
Perhaps it’s the organisation as much as they aren’t that good, it wasn’t long ago Keane was playing for England, I can guarantee Sam would have them more solid than Lampard.

So Lampard gets the last 9 games yes? Giving him a total of 18 games to achieve point number 2 yes? If he does that, does he get 18 games to perform point number 3 ( start building a team ) or does he lose his job in point number 3 if he doesn't win x amount in x amount of games even if we see signs of him building something.

Just wanted you to clarify some of your 1, 2 and 3 points are as they are based on certain things happening
It was poorly worded by me. The point is, we're starting to run out of games, and there's no sign that Lampard will be able to reverse this trend. That was precisely why the predecessor was fired, and where the owners hoped to have an effect of changing manager, so that we got the ship on the right course again. The short-term effect has not materialized, something even Benitez had.

When hiring Frank i don’t believe that thought this situation would arise, it was possible but they would definitely expected 2 more wins at this point. Frank is failing and there’s no sign it will get better quickly, Hope I’m wrong and I’ll admit if if he proves me wrong at the weekend.

Nobody is going to make those disgusting cowards care. If a player can't muster even the smallest bit of professional pride in himself then no manager can make him. Keane is a waste of space just like the rest of his scumbag teammates.

It’s exactly the opposite, Sam realistically is one of the only managers primed for this exact situation we are are in, I don’t believe anyone has a better record keeping teams up. So saying us wanting Sam back don't care about the club is talking rubbish, the ones that don’t want him are the ones that are happy for us to go down without a whimper
I don’t buy that at all mate. It’s like Allardyce has some unique style of play that no other professional manager could ever hope to replicate.

To a point yes. But if we do survive in the league I think we'll be better having Frank

Three years. You don't really get long term managers in this day and age. Frank wants to play a type of football we're not capable of and can't organise a defence.

Looks out of his depth sadly. Don’t understand why he signed Dele Alli, that looks like a terrible error of judgement. He’s starting babble repetitively about “fight” in his interviews - yeah, that’s all that’s missing.

The 343 formation he seems determined to play will relegate us 100%, two pretty poor wingbacks that have little threat going forward, midfielders who have no creativity and never get up to support the strikers - so open and easy to play through for other teams.
