CA had a full season with James, Digne, Sigurdsson & a firing DCL and still bottled the second half of the season and we was as bad at home as we are away now. Lampard has taken over a crushed team with hardly any creativity in it at all. He has to stop playing Kenny though.

That comes from taking the pressure off the players. A good manager does that.

Their predicament puts pressure on them.

100% on the last bit, the full back positions have been his achilles heel and his faith in the likes of Kenny and Coleman have not been rewarded. He'd have been better chucking Patterson straight in for his athleticism and attacking ability.

All this nonsense about replacing Lampard with Allardyce is laughable. Allardyce is all about having a solid defence, minimum mistakes and nicking a goal for a win. Just think for a second. Solid defence? Holgate/Keane/Kenny/Mina/Coleman!
