You’re the one who said he should have stayed in because he’s “better than Lampard”

Yet you failed to address his awful record

No doubt about it.

If Everton e.g. had replaced Benitez with Jesse Marsch, there would have been no doubt. But replacing [Poor language removed] with [Poor language removed] that stinks worse does not make sense.

About 7 individual errors in those 9.

How does a manager seriously stop the second and third goal on Wednesday?

The second goal we had 3 players skinned inside about 2 seconds - DCL, Gordon and Kenny. All of them missed their tackles, and were in perfect positions.

The third goal comes from a sliced clearance by Pickford, Doucoure falls asleep from a throw in. Then Godfrey tries to clear the ball like he's never played football before. What on earth can Lampard do? Should he be rolling balls in training at professional footballers to teach them not to shank it?
The players made the mistakes no argument there. However, mistakes are lessened when the manager either improves the players/squads confidence or morale or coaches them better. That's what he gets paid to do and he has failed to do both! I get previous managers had the same results but its the same for them too.

I'm not saying he should be sacked, his task is colossal due to an our completely inept board but he has to take at least some responsibility! He and some fans continuing to putting all the blame on player game after game. If we're relegated, the players have failed and so has Lampard.

Three years. You don't really get long term managers in this day and age. Frank wants to play a type of football we're not capable of and can't organise a defence.
I'd argue that you can organise a defence but if the defenders keep having brain farts it doesn't matter how much you can organise them. The same applies to wanting to play a particular brand of football. Unfortunately we haven't got very many decent players.
