2021/22 Frank Lampard

He says the right things, it needs to translate to the players and they need to do it/show it on the pitch, ultimately a likeable bloke lets just hope his mentality can bring it out on the pitch. Likeable doesnt necessarily win you games tho, needs to start winning
Presently he is being let down by the players and stupid errors.

COYB

What if they cant and just not good enough.
Burnelys winner. How is any manager supposed to manage ben godfreys sunday league slice. Other than drop him, but who could he play.

It all seems just hopeless with these players. We've bought players relegated with other clubs. We've ended up with half a side who are relegation players. Is it any wonder we're getting relegated.

So, sack Lampard now, then offer him the job again in the summer if it suits us and he wants to come back like nothing happened, to work under an owner that might sack him a second time a few months later?!?...

No way is Sam even taking Moshiri's call -other than to laugh down the phone at him from a sun lounger on a Dubai beach- with the way he was treated and previously. Potter has said a number of times he has no interest in us and has higher aspirations (he's no fool, he knows Brighton will give him plenty of time and backing whereas he could easily be out of his backside after a few months here).

Can't see Moyes swapping "best of the rest West Ham" who could be Europa regulars for the forseeable and perhaps even nick a UCL place from time to time for a trip down memory lane... whatever division we are in. And as for Nuno, despite the links to the DOF, going off his Spurs days, he just looks flat out uniterested. Was a disaster/wrong choice from day 1, and I suspect it would be the exact same here. Could easily be the fastest sacking in Moshiri history.

Incredible isn't it

"Sorry Frank, we think you're a bit crap so do you mind if we sack you for 9 games and then we'll give you the job back once we are safe"

Not sack him, ask Frank to stand aside for a relegation battle specialist in Allardyce until the summer.

I think you’re wrong on Moyes also, he is Everton through and through, he’d jump at the chance to come back as he was waiting for us last summer.

Your literally typing that and genuinely believe what you are typing is in any way, shape or form a viable option

Deary me lol

I know, right?! Almost as incredible thinking Big Sam would say yes to coming back after being booted out the second his task was complete. ?

He'd come back on the basis of 10m keep us up bonus, 3 year deal and if we sack him a 30m pay off. The man is a money grabbing stain of a manager.

Moshiri would probably do all the above and we'd get a 12 point deduction anyway

As soon as I see Allardyce get mention my finger twitches to "just put them on ignore"

Is he really going to turn down another pay day? At the end of the day it would be good business for him. Stay up and he’s boosted his reputation, go down and he’s gone at the end of the season anyway and gets paid.

Exactly.

All this "should've kept Benitez, get Dunc in etc etc"...if they would've got Lampard in first, we wouldn't be here IMO. James would be here. Digne would still be here.

How many times do people need to say James Rodriguez didn’t want to play for Everton anymore? The guy wasn’t even our best player last year so I find this worship of him just because he’s a big name weird
