Not sure the manager can do anything about mistakes made by Kenny, Pickford and Godfrey?

You play attacking football and then end up with defenders scrambling. If you play with two deep banks of 4/5 then the Godfrey mistake never happens as they don’t get the chance to play the ball in. The goal started with Kenny being in their half trying to score. Never should have happened.

I honestly think the club will turn to Rooney. It's just what they'd do.

Just wondering what you think Lampard has got so wrong? I haven't seen much wrong tactically, I've seen a lot of individual mistakes and bad missed chances though.

Those 2 goals were nothing tactical. The second one we had 3 players beaten inside about 2 seconds. The third goal was a horrific individual error by Godfrey.

I dont agree on blaming Lampard and I will disagree strongly with anyone trying to excuse these players and let them pass the buck.

Burnley we should have gotten minimum a point. Spurs we never should have been so open hence destroying our goal difference.

And since Spurs he’s actually tried to make us more solid but mistakes are still gonna happen

Bottom 3 players (Dom, Doucoure, Gordon) all fannied out of challenges, Kenny got skinned. Godfrey and Keane we're slow to close down allowed him to play a ball through them.

We just had like 3 players beaten in the space of a phone box prior to that. Kenny DCl Gordon I think. Of course we were out of shape after 3 bottled challenges.

Dcl in particular could literally have leant on their full back on the side line and stopped the attack but instead did nothing. He bottled the challenge at source

Individual errors cos us that game. We're never going to agree but its certainly wild that you think a good tactic against a big physical side would be to invite balls into the box.
