He can`t help himself can he ?

He`s still throwing sly digs at Lampard and also the fans for the make believe " hounding out of Benitez "

All because he got made to look like a right fool over his blind loyalty to Benitez.

It`ll never be forgotten.

No but I'm not letting anyone forget that he didn't want the manager who only got 6 points in 4 months sacked.

If he says anything disparaging of Lampard I will throw that at him every time.

It was a disgrace and it went on as long as it did because of people like Dave who were happy to watch Benitez destroy the club.

I've lost so much respect for every poster that backed Benitez. Whether it was genuine or edgy it doesn't matter.

Interesting comments. The last few perfomances have seen a very well drilled side. Ok it was liverpool and chelsea. But its in stark contrast to say spurs. The interesting comments bit is he quite clearly has got to know the personal to him and the capability. Which is fully fair as to walk into this club and get everything right within 5 minutes was hopeful more than realistic.
I think we go with this now even if the worse happens. Ancelotti and benitez were never long term options. We'll have tears with lampard no doubt but this one is a lets grow with him as he sets in his plans. And lets be honest. Still learns his trade.

If you wanted Allardyce to stay you simply aren’t a normal Blue. Sorry, and I don’t mean to demean your views, but he was an absolute stain on our history.

It wasn’t unjust. He was never a fit for us. The football was horrific and the narrative of him keeping us up is laughable as we was never really in trouble.

He wasn’t cut out for premier league football. Easy on the eye, but absolutely no defensive side. We used to get over run when he played. He was targeted.

Also, had to go for FFP reasons.
