Even though I disagree with most of this even your last point is one in support of keeping some managerial stability
Of course it is. I don't really know what you think you're arguing about here, i've literally just said in as many words that I want managerial stability.

Also i'm not sure how you can disagree with facts but hey ho, mentality or something.

Pickford
Richarlison
Doucoure
Gordon
Mykolenko

The only five I hope we keep no matter what (possibly Patterson after a full pre season under his belt).

The rest can leave tomorrow for all I care and should as we need a rebuild.
I think this is about right. The rest MUST be cut like a cancerous tumour from the club. If Lampard survives and is naive enough to think he can rely on the majority of this squad, he is setting himself up for a much deserved sacking. The only legitimate reason to keep the faith with Lampard is he is now perfectly positioned to conduct the necessary purge over the summer and build a side in his own image. If he won't do that, he has to go. Coleman needs to be thanked for his years of loyal, mediocre service. Holgate needs to be rewarded with a new packet of Wrigley's and punted into the Mersey. Ruthlessness needs to be the order of the day. Any player who can bring in significant funds (such as, say, DCL if suitors haven't been paying attenton) must be sold. There is no future for Frank Lampard with a team of Andre Gomes, Michael Keane, Delle Ali, Tom Davies, and other sundry detritus.

Like Leicester hopefully
It’s all relative I guess. It’ll be even harder to do a Leicester now, especially with the likes of city and the RS being on a different level to most other teams. If we stay up this season then I think top half next season, possibly pushing for europa league would be an unbelievable turnaround.

Richard Leeson and Vitaliy are the only two I'd be genuinely bothered about leaving I think.
I think Richy is gone come the summer. He’s obviously keen to play UCL and there’s not much chance of that in the short term at Everton. He’ll go with my blessing as long as he ends up at PSG or some other foreign team and not Utd!

Not as many as hoped for. The two backup keepers are inconsequential and will just get replaced (I wouldn’t even mind keeping Begovic tbh)

The two loans return

Then there’s Kenny Siggurdson Tosun Delph. Yes there’s a load of wages on there but two of those players haven’t even played this season.

If we extend Delph or Kenny I’ll be fuming though.
Interesting to hear Lampard’s comments on Delph in the press conference just now, he clearly likes him as part of the squad (when fit!), says it’ll be up to Delph first of all, then Lampard, then the club!
Agree 100% on Kenny!

He’s potentially worth keeping as a bit part player but I’d be insisting on a significant wage cut.
