It was obvious what was happening, some of us could see it.

Maybe my armchair game me that superior view of the whole game, rather than stuck behind a post screaming for 3 points every 3 seconds.
No, what happened is you seen Dion Dublin mention it on MOTD and decided that as you know so little, he must be a massive expert, so you’ve ran with it.

the board don’t have no plan

they will wait till we are miles off

and then only look i f n hate them
I think the board have a plan, yet it relies on players being fit rather than considering the possibility of injuries, and therefore the need for contingency plans.

The club thought that Dom would be enough as long as the others chipped in too. Sadly, Dom's legs are like weetabix and the others aren't fulfilling.

Some may argue that the latter is exasperated by the former, as the pressure is on them. Maupay seemed a competent signing, but we then don't play him correctly.

We need to speculate to accumulate.

My view on Lampard has always been he should get 2 full seasons providing we didn't look odds on for the drop. Unfortunately, we are fast approaching that point.

The club will obviously be desperate to keep him so I think he will stay even if we get no wins from the next 3. I can't see him surviving no win against Southampton though.
By that time it'll be too late though.

He's just dreadful.

I'd say he must be sacked but I dread to think who would replace him.

Make no mistake - the current predicament we are in is down to him alone. Crying against the board is valid and I am well known to hate Moshiri - however the reason we are where we are currently is down to Lampards signings and tactics.

Back to my other point - the board would just get in someone equally awful as Lampard so I wouldn't trust them to even sack him.

So that's where we are.
I'd rather he was sent packing to vote conservative in another area rather than here.
However I can only see an even worse manager coming in after him.

Do we stick or twist.

The only thing i know for certain is that the board will get it all completely wrong. They will wait too long (which they already have imo as he is already worse than Benitez and should have gone after the double Bournemouth embarrassment when we had a 6 week break upon us). Even if they pulled the trigger now they would have no plan and leave us managerless for a month and then eventually bring in the wrong man.

Ultimately, things are going to be bad until the board have been completely cleaned out and can do no more damage to the club. Not holding my breath though as our holographic owner is even worse than the board no matter how much money he has spent badly.

Grim! but even another not great manager might give us enough of a bounce to stay up. Do we need another short term contract firefighter? the terrifying truth is, yeah we probably do! Either way, very dark days indeed.

He’s got a worse record than Benitez. I haven’t got a clue what type of football he tries to get us to play. That performance yesterday was what he came up with after 6 weeks preparation. He’s started to blame the fans after what we did last year. He’s gone.

The perfect opportunity to get rid of him was before the World Cup started but yet again here we are. He’ll be gone after United dump us out the cup and we’ll be scrambling around for a last minute saviour.
