I do thiink his weakness appears to be the fact that he is continuing to try and play oin a style which the players at his disposal do not seem able to apply resulting in us becoming slow in attack and too predictable As I recall Carlo realised this and changed things to ensure we remained in PL.The lack of even half-decent attacking personnel is the problem.
Everything comes down to our abject performance in the final third, and that is entirely down to the players available.
All sorts of things have lead us to this place, but I’d rather stick with a manager who has got parts of the side sorted out, rather than binning all that and starting fresh in a January window that will be panicky enough as it is.
