Good point, forgot about that, change that to him being popular.Ancelotti did not connect with the fans, there weren’t any fans allowed in the stadium for most of his tenure.

That's a huge part of our problem though, we are more worried about a manager "connecting with fans" than if they can actually do the job or not. Maybe if we start actually looking at people who can do the job as first priority.Hope he's not being hung out to dry by the board, he may be doing rubbish but he doesn't deserve to be shat on. First manager in a while that has connected with the fans, i think only Ancelotti before that back to Martinez first season.
Yes after last nights defeat, Potter is now considered out of his depth at Chelsea, does that mean he would be fine at Everton, I doubt it. The crowd would soon turn against him here too.Excellent post. I concur with all of your points.
We have been strongly linked with Graham Potter of late, along with Duncan and Martinez and Dyche. One thing I would point out is that Frank had a much better win percentage as Chelsea manager than Frank has.
I’m conflicted for once.
I like Frank, and I dislike managerial changes, stability is best.
However, is he the guy?
Same, but his win rate is atrocious. I think we are down this season anyway, so I'd take him staying on and the whole board being sacked. If moshiri sold up, it would be a bonus.I’m conflicted for once.

This is exactly my stance.I’m conflicted for once.

The stats spoke it all. 0.97 ppg.I’m conflicted for once.

That's my position, too.I’m conflicted for once.

Who is responsible to replace the Brazilian #9 with McNeil and Maupay? I wonder. This is exactly my stance.
I realllllyy want him to succeed and I know he's been let down with the terrible transfers, however I just keep looking back to the tel Bournemouth games and just think they are unforgivable, changing the formation against Brighton was so niave as well.
Same here.I’m conflicted for once.

We all know things aren’t working and we even already go down at half time but he never make changes via bringing players on to change game. He is not a proactive manager.Same here.
He's also been let down massively by a board and DoF who sold one of the 2 key players involved in keeping us up last year and replaced him with Maupay and McNeil.
But he doesn't help himself either by persisting with formations/ tactics that involve hitting the ball in the air up to a 5'8" centre forward, or relying on Dominic Calvert-Lewin to stay fit.
He's not the main problem with the club, but it's difficult to see how he's the solution now.
