Here are the facts - he is a poor poor manager at every level he has been at.

Like I said, it's poor.

I think he's harshly judged at Chelsea. The bad run that got him sacked is nowhere near the bad run that Potter is currently on with them.

When his Chelsea side came to Goodison Park, ironically, on 12 December 2020, they'd lost 1 game in 11 in the league and won 8 of them. They then went on a streak of 4 defeats in 7/8 games and that saw Lampard sacked.

I genuinely just don’t understand the bending over for Lampard. He’s done NOTHING his managerial career whilst also being one of the worst managers statistically this football club has ever had.

It's not unreasonable to say, he has to win that game. I'd want him gone now, but it wont be an easy job for anyone else.

I understand it: it's all about context - what he stepped into here and what he did last season, and what he's been faced with because of the mistakes made by the board and DoF.

That said, things have gone too far and only a reset can now hand us a decent chance of staying up.

We need to take it in the coming hours and days.

Agree, there is also that list of players he supposedly wanted and the board just ignored it and went out and did their own thing.

I think anyone can see, the 433 he has continually tried to play since coming here hasnt worked.

The wide attackers havent delivered at all in those roles. And honestly, McNeil looked just as good wing back yesterday. Gray looks better off the front.

It's pure vanity for us to want to try and set up to emulate City currently.
