2022/23 Frank Lampard

After Moshiri has blamed the FANS for driving previous sackings and seemingly backed Lampard, it's odds on he'll be booted if Saints beat us.

Because that's how mad Everton are in recent times.
Not trying to be edgy but he has a point. Everton fans have moaned about the board not listening to us in the past yet each time we have called for a managers head he has obliged. At that time we were basically mid-table or so but we demanded better and let our feelings known so he went along with us. He came to us wanting to get us with the top teams and splashed the cash and continued to splash the cash. A quick fix didn't happen and FFP grabbed us by the balls and said enough is enough we are not allowing clubs to buy the league any longer as we have enough top teams now and want to keep it as it is.

I personally think he was rather stupid to give in so easily.

I've a feeling he's only kicking back now because there's so little spare cash.Otherwise he'd probably blink. Again.

He caved to fan pressure. I still believe the quick fix has now tied his money up due to so many big contracts and poor buys but he has put his money up no doubt.....just restricted now probably due to manager choice and new managers wanting to start from scratch

But we didn't appoint the managers or recruit the players. Agree on FFP though

Yes but we had a say in the sackings. People starting to realise we may have jumped the gun with Silva. Just making a point

Did we, tbh I've babbled on for years about having a bit of stability because the amount of managers we've been going through is a joke, not trying to be clever after the event, but how are you supposed to manage four or five previous managers players, with the new ones you're trying to integrate. Impossible task, especially when the players you're trying to sell are on high wages and are lower value. FFP don't get me started on that.

I think the saddest part is no matter how this year turns out we've just seen nothing from Frank to suggest he's ever getting out of here. We're just doing this again next season if he's in charge.
