Thought that a full pre-season would have given Frank the opportunity to improve things more than it seems to have done.
Can’t help comparing us with Leeds, who were worse than us last season. Over the summer, they sold two of their best players (Raphina and Phillips) and bought a couple of young unknowns. But they have flown out of the blocks and look to have developed a successful style of play.
We’re definitely playing better than we were for much of last season but just not getting the results.
Unfortunately if we don’t have 16 points by the mid-November World Cup break (a minimum of 1 point per game), which is very feasible, then we’ll be looking for our eight manager since Moyes.
Fingers crossed that the performances turn into points soon.

cost doesnt equate to quality let alone success. just ask solskjaer and his manutd staff.
Firstly, the price doesn’t make them good.
Secondly, quite a few were free or very low value (Gray, Tarkowski, Coady, Townsend, Rondon, Davies, Gordon, Holgate assembled for under £5m)
Thirdly, injuries have already crippled us.

sure if the g/a were good all the talk would be around selling him
our best three players atm are Iwobi, Coady, Tarkowski, Lampard's had a lot to do with this,
Fanks got Iwobi playing the box to box desperately needed,
and no one in their right head would've thought Iwobi as the key midfield defender would work
I'd take Frank sorting the midfield and defense first; get a proper front 3 and Iwobi may start scoring goals as well
