He already is isn't he? New defence, new midfield, needs a new attack. Narrow defeats against sides better than us.

This point last season were getting rolled over by Norwich
This time last season we had 15 points!

Your definition of a rebuild appears to be to take a two-story house, knock down the top floor, and celebrate the beauty of your new bungalow.

The last three games have been disastrous. Frank really needs to win at the weekend and start putting some results together.

Fans were hoodwinked cause he jumped up and down on the corporate boxes. Fact is he’s proving a bit crap. Hope he turns it round and something clicks for him l, as sometimes that’s all it takes, but I can’t see it.

I think too many fell head over heels too quickly because he followed on from Benitez when results speaking their record here is very similar.

I doubt the club will sack him if the rumours Mosh Man wants out is true / I dont think we will be in a relegation battle this season but I can't see anything to suggest Lampard will achieve anything here long term.

The worry is when Villa punt Slippy they go get a Poch type and Wolves are linked with the QPR lad who's done a great job there by all accounts suddenly its only Notts Forest who are looking nailed on to drop.

And stayed on 15 points until January.

We never had a 2 story house. We had a mud hut that we've turned into a bungalow.

If Newcastle score a couple more tonight then he is getting pelters.

Positives: He has connected the fans to the club again, has obviously decided to focus on making us solid this year and made some good singings to reinforce that.

Negatives: We look awful in attack, some of it is obviously down to poor players but he has to take the blame for some of it as well. He needs to find a style that makes us create chances. Atm I honestly don’t know what we are trying to do in possession - are we trying to move the ball wide? Are we trying to hit the striker quickly and get second balls? We seem to like an attempted diagonal ball but Haven’t got the foggiest.
The thing is we were creating chances, not many, but chances still just two games ago against United, that’s what makes Saturday and tonight more jarring.

We had a striker who’s good in the air and don’t put a cross into the box until he’s off the pitch, that’s not coaching that just brainless play from wide players who should know better

The £200million he's spent and the £300+million the owners have spent since taking over puts him under pressure.

Lamps doesn't have that
It's a results business, so he will be -and is- under pressure. Every manager in range of the relegation spots will be under pressure to some degree, just as some managers will be under pressure to secure European football come season's end.

Not a chance Lampard is getting the sack solely on the back of tonight, or for currently being 15th with 10 points from 11 games, but the next five games could go a long way to determining his future.

He alienated James, which was stupid. He made a lot of stupid decisions really.

Sigurdsson wasnt a regular starter under Carlo. He was not as central as Richarlison. It's like losing Gomes this season.
He started in 24 of the 36 matches he played in Carlo's last season.

Many did when the signs were he was struggling. His passion bought him slack but I never bought into all that. It’s all a bit easy all that nonsense. Ultimately we scraped over the line. We look bottom 5 fodder this season and it will be close again.

You compared where we were this time last year after 11 games. As you now recognise, we were five points better off then - a whole 50% more points than we have earned under Lampard. These are the facts. Everything else is spin. Frank is...failing.

I think because Gordon and Gray are very similar players (Gray is a lot further in his development due to his age) they can't play together in a 3. They're not intelligent enough and sacrifice their game to defend/keep a shape.

For me...one of them needs sacrificing for a midfielder (Garner or even Davies), or the midfield does to keep them higher up the pitch
