Any bump in the road no matter how small it's trigger time.
He's played 12 games with a brand new team and lost 4 games to Chelsea, United, Spurs, Newcastle who all out spent, in form, and will finish in the top 7 of the table.
iMO his management starts from this season, not from the Holocaust of last

Let’s face it mate, it’s hardly been a smooth road under Lampard.
If he fails to win at the weekend his win % will be lower than both Walter Smith and Benitez’.
Don’t think it’s unreasonable that some fans are demanding either improved performances/results or a new manager tbh.
I love how you've put 'we have to win' there as if it's some sort of outrageous expectation. We knew they'd turn after the Spurs game. Even if we'd got away with a point (we were still in the game) last night, you'd still have the "Palace is must win" "Lampard not good enough" brigade chipping in
We have to win and play well doing so for anyone to change their opinions
Forgot the loss to Villa in there
I agree totally with this , the 500,000 wasted is no longer relevant the players are mostly gone and the managers in charge when these players were bought have all gone.To a degree yes.
The comparison is more to the 500m we have spent. We have got to let it go a bit really. The biggest chunk of that was spent half a decade ago and the majority of those players have gone.
This is not an expensively assembled team who gratuitously under performing as we saw for periods under the Moshiri reign. It's a team with a modest investment, probably slightly under performing but about where you might expect.
For comparison to Newcastle, their 11 cost more than ours too, by a reasonable distance as well.
So I do think a reality check is required.

On the same amount of games?
Again, why are people including last season's results and stats? A complete skip fire of a season where it was all about staying in the league no matter what. That team doesn't exist now.
But if you want to use stats to prove he's not good enough, fine. I see a better, younger, squad with a bigger future, better foundations, than anything we've had in years.
I didn't forget it, that was a poor loss away from home. If we have more based on teams on our level, then that's when an inquest comes in.
We've lost 3 away from home (Villa, Spurs, Newcastle). 2 at home (Chelsea, United). This bad?
lol innit to half of these beuts
