I would have expected to see some improvement this season and hoped a better style of Football.

It's just like the Big Sam days in style but not getting the wins that Sam got.

We don't play anything like big Sam. We overplay at the back and get caught in possession in bad areas. If anything, it's more Bobby Martinez than Big Sam.

Do people actually watch the team?

It's too early to talk about going down. There's a big difference between being in a potential relegation fight and being doomed to go down.

I go back to the simple point... The idea that just changing manager and everything gets better, is based on zero substance. Carlo Ancelotti couldn't fix this squad, so why would changing manager again be the solution.

Saturday is a big game. If we lose then yes we will be in an uncomfortable position, but still well over half the season to go.

I thought the exact same thing when people were chatting about it last year. It became a very real possibility after the New Year for a lot of people.

I'm firmly in the belief that if we're in another relegation battle this year then for me that represents no progress.

I agree with your point but please don't make me start doing this again. IT'S A DIFFERENT SQUAD! 14 first team players have signed since Ancelotti left, and many of his regulars have left. It's not the same squad at all.

Ok, at the risk of sounding like some radio phone in host, you seem to want him out. So, who would you get in?

I actually think he should be given a fair chance but so far this season other than a few results ( Southampton, Liverpool and Palace ) it's been below average to say the least.

We knew last season was going to be a struggle so I'm not fussed about that but i expected an improvement of some sorts for this season but feeling a bit meh when watching us.

Two bad results this week could be the end for him.

He really needs to motivate them for these two games.

It's a far weaker squad than Ancelotti had. If anything that backs up the point even more.

I've thought from day 1 this season that we could go down, so I'm not shocked at all how we are performing. This was always a survival season the minute we sold Richarlison and didn't sign any goalscorers.

I've said it many times, anything better than 16th is success this year because I don't believe the squad can realistically compete with these forwards, who are not top flight standard.
