Bournemouth have similar level forwards and played through us at will.

We are bad but should not be that bad and there is no excuse to be that bad. The last 4 games have been some of the worst tactics I've ever seen from an Everton manager. They weren't just dull, they were just horrific.

No lad all other 19 teams in the league have 10+ goal a season forwards.

Now shut up and get back to drinking the Super Fronk Kool Aid.

Now thats a good boy.

I guess the fact that there hasn't been any word as of yet from the board/club means that he is still in charge at least until our next game. I just hope that this is the right decision but I have serious reservations that he will be able to turn it around. Blaming players is an easy route but the lack of attacking intent has to come from him and the coach and not sure that he will find that balance between defending and attacking...
Just because the news headline is not 'Lampard Sacked' barely 3 hours after a football match has absolutely no bearing whatsoever on who will be taking charge of our next game in 6 weeks times.

If Lampard is going to be moved on, the club aren't going to announce it like just after the final whistle, not without having a clear plan in place. If he goes, the club would surely want all their ducks in a row and get everything done with all necessary parties first. That's not happening in the space of a few hours after an away game on the South coast.

For all we know, the waters are calm behind the scenes, FL still has their assured backing and a transfer window coming up which might have deals already line up for.

For me the big things that are against him at the moment are;

Firsty - I have no idea how we're supposed to be playing each match.

Are they going to play high pressing or counter attack or play out from the back. I've no idea they just look like mush every game.

I know that comes down to players in part because we certainly don't have players quick enough to counter attack and can't play it out from the back because Gueye amongst others only knows how to play it backwards and sideways. But it's not like Lampard has gone "we're going to play 'x' style" and then after a couple of months it hasn't worked so he's trying to change it. We're playing just like we were all past seasons apart from under Ancelotti and Martinez's first season.

Secondly - make a god damn sub. This is like Martinez level waiting until 70th minute to make subs and then being reactive after that point. Be proactive in trying to change something especially when we're chasing a goal.

I may be wrong but the last couple of sacking happened only a few hours after their last games...if there is nothing tonight he will be in charge for wolves at home.

Koeman was on the Monday afternoon
Silva was the Thursday afternoon/evening
Benitez was on the Sunday
