Good chance he had the flowering crown when the plants were split in propagating them it should flower next year - feed it once a week with a tomato feed after watering it once a week if just planted....Joey any advice on why my red hot pokers never flowered. No he's been unlucky .....You gave them the wrong one….
Never rely on rain for any Basket or tub, the rain just bounces of the upper foliage if its bone dry fill a large container with water & leave over night it may pick up ...if it does two days later give it a good Nitrogen feed.....@Joey66 I let the hanging basket dry out as I thought the rain would get to it but it didn’t. Now the water just runs through it, should I bin it or can it be brought back to life? A few of the plants died but the rest seem not too bad.
Much appreciated thanksGood chance he had the flowering crown when the plants were split in propagating them it should flower next year - feed it once a week with a tomato feed after watering it once a week if just planted....
Sorry Simon, I just realized I never answered this post. My plants are getting bigger and started to flower, something had nibbled a few leaves here and there but tbh other crops have been bother more so I'm happy with how these babies have developed, they seem they growth a few inches while I was in Mexico. A few of them are a silver haze strain. I have noticed the plants that I transplanted near my lettuce and arugula are doing much better than the ones that I planted in the bed with my tomatoes and pepper, wonder the reason. What's your take @Joey66?@Sassy Colombian Hey there, I am glad you managed to get hold of some Fox Farm nutes, you won't regret it (they should work on your veggies also) Your plants are looking like they are starting to get going, although something has had a nibble at that one in the bottom picture. I hope it all works out for you keep posting pics, the little placard you have SH8 is that some sort of Silver Haze phenotype? or is it some sort of mad Sour Diesel x Haze cross?
Stop teasing @COYBL25 again lol healthy plants, I.take it they are hybrid varieties with powerful.sap ........the species one gets wi!d hence the terminology weed as they grow so easily .....but the crop.is less potent .......illegal.in.to be UK & "& no.I.usage never grown them. lolSorry Simon, I just realized I never answered this post. It's legal in her country, Pete -if I had a £ in my career for everyone who asked them to grow it for them, I could have retired at aged 40 -
