He'll rip sides like Palace apart but for now the last 20-30 minutes is all i'd give him. We already have Barkley who is our own in a free role, not sure we can afford another player in one week in week out. The lad looks destined to be a star though in the future.

He probably doesn't want to be here, i'd want to be in sunny spain playing for barca b rather than coming on for 20mins in England when its freezing

Yes I ended it with that point because I think that even taking that into consideration everything else he has got outweighs this minor issue and he should still be starting.

Notice how you cut off the end of the quote which also referred to other players stamina. He is not the only one, Lukaku for instance was out on his feet, so was Barkley. The only way for him to get that match fitness is to play.

He's going to be starting for us every game for the second half of the season- when he's ready. he's not ready now. Martinez knows.
I do want him to smile a bit more and be a little bit less moany when the ball doesn't get passed to him. just relax and enjoy playing.

If everyone was fit ( well Pienaar and Mirallas) I would have them on the flanks ahead of him still at the moment, think Mirallas did a lot of good unnoticed work tracking back and helping out Coleman last night which I'm not convinced he would of.
However, it wont be long! by Christmas I reckon he will be flying

Why? Because they're both 19? Don't be daft.
Ross has been at Everton since he was a child. He knows the players, he knows the club, he doesn't need acclimatizing.
ITO ability Deulofeu very well could be ahead of Barkley but he is most definitely currently best utilized as an impact player while he acclimatizes. From December he'll likely be starting.
