You and I are free to choose to believe women to be inferior, think badly of people with different ethnicity, not wash for 6 months and stand close to people in queues, openly leer at young women, and loudly make sick jokes about people with a disability. Despite there being no law against any of that, we'd still both be entirely out of order if we did any of it, and might reasonably expect the majority of people to animatedly express their disapproval. Personally no time for them, but at the same time someone lost a loved one so can see a bit of both sides.

If anything this whole period has show me just what "privilege" really is and most of us on here will never see the like of what we have seen or experienced bestowed upon those born of a different womb and all that, its not a free choice but once your in it, most of them use it to their advantage, which I guess you would, human nature and all that, hell if I ever win the lottery I'm gonna blow my stack all over the show but I will share it with my nearest and dearest so they get some benefit of it.

I'm sure the "family" and all its history benefit us in the UK to a point but the obscene wealth and lack of abidance to "inheritance tax laws" rankle with me even more, why should Charlie boy not pay his fair share or distribute some of that wealth amongst the Lumpen Minions?

Anyway, this was about the West Ham game and the gestures and all that really matters is that we Won the game at the end of the day, Onward Evertonians which ever side of the divide you stand on and its very obvious how very divided(me included) we all are.

You misunderstand mate.

I'll clap and cheer those footballers that have talent and give everything for the blue shirt. Plenty will slag off those that don't put a shift in - so generally fans appreciate and show respect for talent.
