Going to the Man United match, arriving Friday evening and heading back on Monday. I am veeery excited. I've been once before, but myself and the girlfriend just wandered about aimlessly and stumbled upon things. Any advice for this time around? We like to eat, so if you could point me in the direction of some nice pubs and restaurants, that would be great.

.....you will probably enjoy a drinking session in Matthew St, tribute bands in the Cavern always sound good after a bucketful of beer. Loads of good places to eat in the City Centre, just take your pick.
