could you not just sellotape a couple of chicken breasts over the headlights ??

might not improve visibility but it's certainly the healthy option

Hahaha, wtf?

Just made myself a bit of a weird salad for tomorrow; Lettuce, cucumber, onion, boiled egg, salami, tuna and Greek salad cheese. Tastes alright actually!

boiled eggs is good stuff, any eggs in fact (not kinder or cadburys eggs FFS), packed full of protein and dare I say ? good fat

we need an egg thread on here, I'll get cracking !

Enjoyed that. I'm nackered though, the gym is literally a John Stones throw away from my house, so I can just go when I'm bored. I'm absolutely awful, can do 20kg max.

On to it mate, I love Aldi! The sardines and mackerel is cheap too. I eat bananas and apples, raisins and nuts for snacks, things like that. I seem to be spending most of my money on chicken and granola, probably about £10 a week on that alone. Like Bry I'll snack on Ryvita and cottage cheese too. I need to eat more fruit and veg though.

I roast a large chicken every sunday and that does me for lunch(chicken salad) for the next 6 days. For evening meals I tend to go with:-

Turkey mince/mixed with onions/chillies/courgettes/peppers/garlic.
Baked salmon with pak choy and tomatoes
Quinoa/beetroot/broccoli/+ grilled lean lamb steak

At weekends I push the boat out and have a rib-eye steak with baked sweet potato

Breakfasts are usually poached eggs on rye bread with asparagus or porridge with a banana and blueberries.

Loads of water throughout the day, and if I do fancy a snack I go for nuts, or toasted rye bread slice with organic peanut butter.

Just been footy training...... After 20 miles on the bike earlier I thought I'd suffer but I breezed it.... This is with a crowd of 17-30 year olds to be fair.... Gonna have a shower then stuff myself on wholemeal wraps with chicken tikka bites, lettuce, beetroot, red onion and boiled eggs........ Todays been a good day.

Happy with tonight's chest sash. Did a 1rm session tonight as not done it for a while and have upped my flats bench to 105kg and my incline to 95kg.

As for food costs and some have mentioned buying bulk, I get most of my meat from Muscle Food. So much cheaper overall, and has saved me loads. Have a nose and use this link to get s freebie on your first order http://www.musclefood.com/SK16524

The hache steaks are soooo good, and the chicken is a damn good price in the bulk packs.
