Alright lads!

I've not been doing so well in the last 1-2 weeks, as in - I've not had the time to go for a proper run cuz we were just swamped with uni work. However, I did carry on the occasional home exercise thingy when I wasn't too knackered, and right now - I'm happy with upper body, but want to lose some from lower body, if that's even possible (still have big thighs, which makes me sad :( ).

Also, would it be good if I get myself a dumbbell, as by happy with upper body I mean I've shed nearly all the weight I considered excess and want to, er, bulk up a bit?

110km done today with a shade over 1500m of climbing. Legs felt a bit heavy today. Hour less sleep isn't ideal.
Jesus christ !! Lol

*tips hat *

Ohh I remember, you're the bike lad. The lad who can bike 700 miles in your sleep. Impressive that mate, nice.

You training for something

Dumbbells, bar bells and curl bars are all equally important mate.

If you're looking for bulk and size, squats and deadlifts are essential. I use an app called ' fitness buddy '... its truly superb. Thousands of exercises on there using the above equipment and also body weight. Also lets you click on a certain body part or muscle and it filters the exercises to perform for that particular area.

I recommend it.

Sounds ace that! I've only got a £10 rubbish Samsung phone at the moment but I could really do with a handy app to track my progress.

The thing is, right now I have neither the space or the money to get stuff like that, so was thinking of starting slow/small - get the dumbbells first, then the curl bar, etc, when I have my own place and a bit more moneys...

Wow... thats fitness beyond fitness.... incredible.

Good luck mate. Obviously keep us updated with how its going. Training etc.... great stuff this

Just different strokes for different folks I guess :) Some of you fellas train for strength, I train for cycling. Riding in the mountains is the best thing in the world though (imo)
