Got on the bike this morning, out for about 1 hour 10 mins and covered about 12/13 miles. Wasn't properly gunning it but there was a few inclines around the country roads.
Feeling good for it now.

Not half, I'm down in Hertfordshire and it was a boss morning. Clouded over now so I think I got out at the right time!

Had given myself today off having done the last four days in the gym, back in at 7 tomorrow morning.Keep trying mate you'll get there.
I went twice a day last week plus walking 10k roughly most days , had yesterday off but was back in this morning.
