Ive had a proper fat mans day today. A disgusting pig out of mass amounts of junk.

I really need a good session in the gym tomorrow to help get my motivation back and hunger to lose weight not to eat crisp chocolate and ice cream and sweets . Last 2 days I've managed 40 and 35 minutes cardio when I'm m used to anything between 1 hour 30 and 3 hours most days. I just feel depressed .

The holiday has knocked my routine right out.

Need a rocket up my hoop.
 


Been 4,days in row but lacking motivation. Done an hour on the bike today though but I see that as an easy option . Time to up my game tomorrow . I'm not looking at the scales for a few weeks Z
