All I would say mate is don't get too fixated on your weekly weight. Your weight can fluctuate a couple of pounds either side of going to the toilet! So don't be too down if for example one week you weigh the same as you did the week before.
Defo, mate. Appreciate the advice. I'm basing the gains on my clothes starting to fall off me. Had 5 holes put in my belt just before Christmas and it's time for a new one.
 


I tested my 1rms in the summer and got 55kg for 2 reps on shoulder press. Tried heavier but couldn't shift it.

Just managed 57.5kg for 2 reps this week. I want to get 70kg by the summer.
Nice. I never really test my 1 rep max. I can do 26kg dumb bells sat on a bench okay, but standing with a bar is a bit trickier!
