Been roped into doing this years maxs challenge by a couple boys from work, anyone done one b4?? Doesnt look to bad thou the dietary requirements look full on. Gunna be different aswell cos i have a massive sweat tooth and love beer and soft drink son3 months without could be hard work
 
Year 4th - still promising to myself that I am going to start going to gym ASAP and it has been going well so far...not.

Seriously though, I have no idea how to keep my motivation up. I can start, but I lose the will after a week or two. I know it's all in my mind, but surely there are ways I can keep it up for a longer period.

Just been the gym. 20 minute walk there, 15 minutes on the bike, some resistance machines and a 20 minute walk back to the hotel.

Just need to sort a company car and I'll be BLF in no time.
Gym again. Less walking there and back as I've changed gyms, still about 10 minutes each way. 30 minutes on the bike, just over 6 miles. Did 3 x 20 hammer curls and bicep curls at a low enough weight to bear, 3 x 10 sit ups which were more like spasms and twatted the punch bag for 2.5 minutes.

Gonna be sore in the morning but less fat.
 
Just back from the gym. No weight lost last week which was a huge disappointment but I've not let it get me down. Back on it harder this week. Rode 7.5 miles in 30 minutes and did some weights, walking 10 minutes each way. Still fat though ffs. lol
 

Went the gym at 2am Sunday morning (stayed up for UFC) and again about 10pm Sunday night. Ate healthily all weekend. Feeling positive as my trousers are starting to fall off me but also feeling really low at how I've wasted so much of my life being a fat slob. Missed out on so many things and been tormented from the day I can remember; my confidence is shot. Sat at my desk in work on the verge of tears all morning wondering what could've been had I taken my weight seriously years ago.
