Jesus they hurt but I do feel they are doing good.
Anyone else do these? Or reccomend similar?

Hi bungle.State of them mate, runts of the litter playing catch up, embarrassing.

HIIT is very good. What specifically does his training involve? I only do interval training on a treadmill but the concept works across most exercises.
