The one I did today was a ladder one.
So 4 stages.
First stage
6 different exercises
Press ups
Knee highs
Mountain climbers
Up down planks (the actual worst)
Squat jumps
Burpies
10 seconds of each. 10 second rest in between.
Second stage
Same six
20 seconds of each. 20 seconds rest in between.
Third stage
Same six
30 seconds of each. 30 seconds rest in between.
Fourth stage
Same six
40 seconds of each. 40 seconds rest in between.
Then have a heart attack.
Writing it down it doesn't look that bad but by the fourth stage of press ups I was essentially dead.
