The one I did today was a ladder one.

So 4 stages.

First stage
6 different exercises
Press ups
Knee highs
Mountain climbers
Up down planks (the actual worst)
Squat jumps
Burpies
10 seconds of each. 10 second rest in between.

Second stage
Same six
20 seconds of each. 20 seconds rest in between.

Third stage
Same six
30 seconds of each. 30 seconds rest in between.

Fourth stage
Same six
40 seconds of each. 40 seconds rest in between.

Then have a heart attack.

Writing it down it doesn't look that bad but by the fourth stage of press ups I was essentially dead.
well done mate, doing it all on a ladder as well, you must have great balance
 
My food bill has gone a bit mad. I went for a small shop the other day to cover me for a few days and I spent nearly £50. In Aldi ffs! Last week's food shop was £85.
 

I have been ticking over for a few months, just weights and a bit of yoga. Next week summer training will be ramped up. Boot camps and good nutrition.
 

Not eating meat means a lot more preparation to eat properly. Protein in a meal means you are less hungry. Veganism is a pain.

I can definitely control my weight by eating more greens, cut out bread and try to include lean protein with each meal - egg, nuts, chicken.

Is right. Their chickentit, minced meat and bacon aren't rivalled for price. And the bags of rice (sometimes here, loads of students so they go quite quick) are very good.

I don't get the people that say they don't go to Aldi cuz everything's crap. Have they ever had most of the things there ffs?! And 12 x Tennents cans for £7.50, can't beat that either.
