Not a wum, anyone ever used Creatinine as a supplement as part of their training programme ?.

Can it be used with running ?.

I've read quite a bit of contradictiory stuff about it. Some good, some bad and other stuff says that it does nothing at all.

Yes I've used creatine for years, it's naturally found in red meats and fish. Nothing wrong with it, load up for the first week and then drop to maintenance for 8 weeks. It can have some effect on the liver hence why run it for 8 weeks, give yourself time off and restart with the same loading period.

It's safe as anything, as said it's found in food stuffs naturally. Alongside my whey it's my most used supplement and has been for years, I drop it when I cut because it retains water in the body

How bad is it having a piece of wholemeal toast at this time ? I've been going the gym of a night this week and find myself being feeling starving after it ? Need to do something to stop me weighing into eating a load of junk from the shop and defeat the object of going the gym in the first place .

Fk it, I might get back on the creatine. It's getting a bit silly with the supplements now though. Pre-workout, BCAA's, protein and instant oats and now maybe creatine. Not cheap.

Eat something mate, it's your body telling you to refuel. Just don't eat crap ?

Wholemeal toast is sound, just don't lash it with butter, a boiled egg or something like that

You need to eat after the gym mate. Your body needs to recover and needs fuuuuueeeeel to do so.

I don't eat my tea until about 9.30pm after the gym, so I have brown rice or quinoa with a chicken breast or something similar. Decent carbs and they never make me feel too full.

Have an omelette, add in some cubed spuds, ham, tomato
Mmmmm

Just woke up after last night shift this week. Was planning on going to gym, but can't be arsed. I've got two more sausages in the fridge, and someone above has mentioned omelette. Sausage, omelette, and toast time, with lashings of tea coming up. I will DEFINATELY go to gym tomorrow.

I've reintroduced flies in to my chest workouts and noticed some improvements. I was trying to think why I stopped them as I've always enjoyed them. I soon remembered last night when two thick see you next Tuesdays walked right in to my arm mid set, nearly dislocating my shoulder in the process.

I wish thick people wouldn't use gyms.

I don't know what any of that means.

Does anyone have any good diet plans I could follow that would allow me to put weight on?

I'm 6'2 and weigh 13 1/2 stone, but can't seem to get any higher past this weight.

I've gotten stronger in the gym, but don't seem to be gaining noticable muscle. Starting to frustrate me.

Outside of the past few weeks with Christmas, I'm in the gym at least 5/6 times a week.

Thanks.

Without wanting to sound facetious, have you tried eating more?

To gain muscle you need calories so you can try adding a meal or increasing portion size.

It might even be what you're doing at the gym. Have a look at bodybuilding websites for bulking training plans.
