I'm deffo torn between the cheese on toast, beans on toast and no option I have to admit.

He just doesn't fill me with confidence that with the current squad at his disposal, he'd be able to pull them through and get enough wins.
I voted no for exactly the reasons you stated. If he came in the summer I'd be alright with it, not cock-a-hoop, but alright but I just don't see what he does with this squad now. Even with a couple of additions.

If Leighton has got his license for the prem i'd honestly have him as interim, rather than stitching for a long term contract with a bloke that no way should be our first Freidkin manager. Panic buys have got us where we are.

At least we know Dyche can get a team promoted...

He took over a Eddie Howe team in mid table in October and got them promoted months later. They went right back down as favourites, but bounced right back as winners/scoring most goals.

I don't think a solitary soul would keep him on if he relegated us. Including you!

Looks like it might be left down to you and me mate to sort this crap out.

Don't be surprised if I'm on the bench Thursday and I have Dyche in a headlock

ps I am not the phantom headlocker of Denise

I don’t understand what West Ham are doing. If you want Potter you shouldn’t want him for six months. If you want someone for six months you shouldn’t want Potter.

They did this with Moyes originally though. If it's all okay they'll give him a few extra years.

I'll stand on the touchline looking all impassive except when I'm making weird gestures with my fingers that nobody understands, least of all the players, and pointing at random places on the pitch. I know how to be a PL manager, I've watched Sky's 90 second mobile highlights.

Given he’s been popping up the media leaking all the jobs he’s turned down, is ready to return, wants a project, bit stupid if they’ve dragged him out to dinner to tell him they really want him but don’t trust him, see how you get on for 5 months of football.

He should tell them to do one.

Was nice when managers applied for jobs with pitch decks showing how they were the best for the job and how they would bring success. Hate all this begging and money grabbing on both sides.

Potter's best ever finish at Brighton was 42 goals and 51 points after 3 years at the helm of a stable club with excellent recruitment.

Last season Dyche finished with 40 goals and 40 points after the 8 point deductions at a club without a functioning board and recruitment that is either hindered at best or just plain inept.

I fully understand the Dyche Out calls but if the main motivators for it are lack of goals and long winless runs then Graham Potter doesn't exactly tick the boxes people wanting ticked.

Now do the shots on target, xG and all the other attacking stats for those two seasons.

I don't want Potter, btw.
