The more i think about this signing the less it makes sense.

If he was in a top club he'd be worth 25mil perhaps, but as hes swanseas only good player hes valued by them at double.

Why cant we just go and get someone better from overseas?

Possibly because he's played in the Premier league for the last five seasons and there'd be no bedding in period as a result

Sigurdsson is great on free kicks and an elite playmaker. Swansea survived in primary part because of him. Not even sure why they want to sell him because they are always a relegation risk and replacing him will be extremely difficult. Obviously there is a price where it is too much. But don't let his presence of Swansea distract you from his quality.
