at this moment in time, he sadly doesn't get in my best XI. And we're not even done yet. I think he'll stay myself, but he better pull his socks up otherwise he's spending a whole season playing brief cameos and not going to the world cup. It's a massive shame.

Every 3 months my friends & myself save up a fund that we can blow on a drunk casino night. Tis very fun. Yes you lose occasionally but it's such a laugh. Enjoy the good times.
 
Are these the same posters who were moaning when we were cash strapped Everton ?
When we survived on loans and injury hit players, when we done our business on the last day of the transfer window. Much prefer today's Everton when the players we sell are the ones that don't want to be here, or are simply not good enough.

Koeman is ridding the club it's seems of all the players from the Martinez era. However I agree with you it is folly to suggest he doesn't want Barkley at the club, he as manager will have instructed the board that he wishes to retain the services of the player. Barkley for whatever reason is not signing a new contract, if he doesn't he will be sold. Everton like most business' don't want to lose an asset for nothing. Arsenal are in a similar position with Sanchez, if he doesn't sign a new contract, he'll be sold likewise. Considering Sanchez is more influential to his team than Barkley and Arsenal are financially in a far stronger position than us, I don't see them getting criticised for their stance.

Ive decided to wait until end of window to see what he actually spends and brings in. So if lukaku and barkley del boy and clev and niasse bring in say 130 biggies i hope we then are showing real intent by replacing lukaku with a quality forward say in the 40 to 50 mill range and gilfy siggi for 30 mill. It would be a very good window then. My worry is that lukaku and barkley are sold and not replaced leaving out squad thin and a even spend and income. Not a progression statement of intend then. But im willing to wait to see. Good business so far.

But we tried last year for the likes of witsel and koulibaly and they wouldn't come. Klassen and sandro are unproven in the premier league, but the other signings have shown their pedigree.
 
Scared to book a summer holiday this year incase I miss another signing! Be gutted when this transfer window closes!

Hahahaha......like that WUM is going to get onboard with anything Koeman does - still mourning the loss of that Spanish clown El Fraudo. We'd be still be signing the likes of Cleverley and Niasse with that muppet in charge. lol
 
Why am I not sure I want this guy? Is it cos I know it might spell the end of Barkley, or another year a youth player can't break through, namely Walsh, or I am not convinced he isn't a big fish in a small pond but will struggle to move up? To be fair, options are good and if it's good to have quality not only on the pitch but also ready to take it. Not saying he isn't a starter but the squad strength will improve.

But even when the lad was in form last season, he didn't get any game time with England. Just maybe he need to move on to realise this international ambitions or he can stay with us, continue to work hard, improve his decision making and just maybe he can realise those ambitions with us.
