Wow, crazy.

I honestly am so confused about why people are saying "he's been moved all over the place" or "he's been used in the wrong position".
He's been played the vast majority of his time on the left wing cutting inside. He's played that here and looked bang average. He's ALSO played a couple of times in the middle of the park here. And ALSO looked average there as well.
Where is this 'myth' that "if we played him in his RIGHT position he'd flourish" come from? This is Bilyaletdinov all over again.
He is in a terrible team and has always been one, if not the best, player on the pitch.
The team looks pretty much the same without him as it did with him, for a record signing that is very very poor

Compared to:
Jonjo Shelvey
Pascal Gross
Manuel Lanzini
Johann Gudmundsson
The most worrying thing is if you compare those same players to GS last season then he still doesn't show up better than this collection of younger, cheaper players. One of whom is in his first year in the PL.

Here's the litmus test: if someone (hypothetically) in the transfer window, offered us the exact amount we paid for him last summer, who can honestly say they would bat an eyelid if we sold him? Who would be disappointed with this?
With truly important players, especially ones on long contracts, we usually attach a value to them that is at least double what we paid. I'd be interested to see who'd reject a (hypothetical) bid of £45m for Sigurdsson this summer.
How much we spending on Lanzini? @mikeh72
United will get at least the same back if Pogba goes. Its nuts mate.
Like, will PSG get what they paid for Neymar back if he was sold this Summer? Or United with Pogba?
Trying to inject normality into the current transfer market is a step towards madness.

Easy answer is PSG.If so, the world has gone utterly nuts. He has been a disgrace.
