Always get a korma and fed up with korma. Any tips on different curries. Don't like hot curry, might consider a pasanda but maybe similar to korma.

Anyone posted yet for Xacuti?
Quite spicy and smooth in equal measures. Had my first in Goa from one of those beach shacks. Don't ask me how they produced them I just ordered and fifteen minutes later I wolfed the lot and lived to tell the tale.
Too many ingredients for me to have a crack at doing one myself and it must be a bit involved because it's not on a lot of menus in restaurants.
