Because someone settles out of court does NOT mean that the person was guilty.

There can be several good reasons for an innocent party to want to settle matters out of court.

It does'nt surprise me that little lying [Poor language removed] made up his allegations. I never believed him in 1993 and his family along with himself should be guilt ridden that Jackson has passed away. The allegations aimed at the king of pop must have taken their toll on him and could quite possibly have have contributed long term to his heart failure.

Come on Ste, you might have a point that since Jackson was never convicted, we can't say for sure he was guilty. But, the stories that came out, really did show that he had an odd and extremely disconcerting relationship with young boys. It's really quite obvious why many people tend to think he sexually abused those boys. I think to a number of people, myself included, he seemed about as guilty of child molestation as did OJ Simpson did of murder.
