Doucouré’s return can’t come soon enough as our midfield today was far too fragile. If it weren’t for McNeil, today could have been a lot worse.

I felt Garner did some decent things in the first half, but when Gana went and others shrivelled away he looked way out of his depth.

It’s far too early to make a proper judgement on him, however I’m not sure I’ll be confident relying on him just yet.

It's all about balance. You can't fit a round peg in a square hole. With the right players next to him he will flourish. Unfortunately, we do not have the necessary depth to achieve the right balance.

Can't see him keeping his place next week. Barely noticeable on the pitch. There's a big difference playing in the Championship to the Premier League and he is still adjusting.

Thought he was absolutely anonymous second half. First half there were a few tidy touches but didn't get a grip of the game. Doucoure will replace him next week.
