That remains to be seen.

Since Koeman has been incredibly honest with us so far, I doubt he'd have said what he said the other day if McCarthy is indeed off.

Mate, if he hasn't learnt to pass forward by now or that making a run is allowed more than two or three times a season then at his age and experience he never will do, he a the same at international level as well, and you can't make a player grow a pair - he's a master of taking himself out of attacking moves,by marking someone so he's not available for the ball.

Don't get carried away mate he had a decent start to his career here nothing great since then gash gash gash.he would be great at hide and seek , average player nothing more nothing less.

More goals and assists than Gueye who's a year older and played in inferior leagues in his career.

Personally, I'll be keeping a closer eye on him contributing more than McCarthy.

But he clearly has as in his first season here he was superb all-round.

As I said, he needs to improve. He's definitely a confidence player and hopefully he gets it back.
