The rest is down to the contributors. I have been fortunate enough to meet more than a few, (I live miles from Goodison), and to a man, and girl, they are terrific.

Just seen it on givemesport.com Now that should have been a red no question, it was a deliberate act by VVD. It also shows the tackle on DCL, that should have been red, it was deliberate and in each case never any attempt to play the ball which was no where near.View attachment 105628

So it turns VVD wasn't the 1st person ever in the game of football to get injured, James was and he soldiered on for 90+ minutes before admitting defeat

You probably did the same as me and turned the match off, but it was a draw in the end not a defeat, goal disallowed.

I hope to have the opportunity to travel to Goodison some time in the future and meet some of the contributors as well. England has always been on my bucket list but now even more

I think he will be on the bench...long time before the match still to recover...we don't know whats the injury but if its an impact injury I am hopeful that least we will have him on the bench...

I'm loving this madhouse already. My husband is starting to become jealous of the amount of time I'm interacting on the forum, and not just about Everton but many other subjects. I can see why people seem to have established very good friendships through here.

You should have seen the meltdown when we realised James was signing. We were looking up pictures of hotel rooms in Liverpool that matched the floors and skirting boards of an Instagram post of his and were googling the menus of the restaurants he was in. Absolute hysteria.
