I'll take that 5 points all day, every day. Had to be said.

That's good as that is an area that has needed improving for years. I used to know someone years ago who worked in the marketing dept and they lasted 6 months and then went to work for the FA as he said it was just a shambles at the time (Moyes was manager at the time) and the club was nowhere near making the best of itself.
now now, let’s not get fractiousSod off then. Bye.
His contribution certainly was decisiveThe win at Anfield doesn't happen without James.
Definitely. I've said this loads - before he signed and as recently as last week.
The situation has evolved a bit though. We have Ancelotti absolutely slating the attitude and commitment of these players and in the same conversation, saying Rodriguez was too tired to play and is now concentrating on Colombia ahead of a game that could determine if we achieve the teams season objective.
Id be a massive hypocrite to condemn this group of players as unlikeable and support the managers comments regarding the group of players having an attitude problem and lacking commitment and then just shrug at Rodriguez.
Sure, 20 odd games a season from Rodriguez is a blessing.
But it does become an issue against a backdrop of the manager condemning the attitude of his players.
World class talent like Rodriguez gets favouritism or rub of the green from managers/players/fans it's nothing new and completely normal, Ancelotti has told him he can leave and declared him not fit enough/tired to play so I really don't see the problem.
If you have the hump go question Ancelotti instead.
our fans are utter dweebs.
I'd like for Sigurdsson, Iwobi, Delph to speak up and demand transfers due to favoritism. Take a stand, cowards.Well, hang on.
You're saying Rodriguez is receiving favouritism.
If the player is injured, if the player has been unable to play, then there's no favouritism there.
We don't know, we can only read between the lines.
With regards to you saying blame Ancelotti - ultimately, if a player claims they aren't fit, there's not a lot a manager can do.
If the player isn't feeling it, feels 'tired' - you're not going to get a committed performance from that player.
That, and the player only has to 'pull up' in a warm up. Aston Villa? He was also then meant to be fit in the games that followed, but nope. Not even on the bench, ruled out of contention days before. Strange...
For me, the manager has really upped the narrative about players having a poor attitude and not being committed.
In the same conversations, he's told different media outlets that Rodriguez has been too tired to play, and his focus is now on Colombia.
Again, we can only read between the lines and second guess but I've gone from laughing off some claims on Rodriguez to thinking "Hang on..."
All that said, if Ancelotti is favouring him - then he can't be surprised at an attitude problem from his players and a lack of commitment. If the players see other players not committed, it'll rub off.
I don't think that's the case though. If it was, I don't think Ancelotti says he's not playing because he's tired, or keep mentioning Colombia. Especially in the same conversation when condemning player attitude and commitment.
You really are a miserable [Poor language removed].
To your previous points, yes. But this last bit comes down to personal opinion over whether James is 'fit' or not. Personally I think he could have played more this season if he had wanted to, it appears you do not think the same.. and that is fine. What makes 33-year old Seamus Coleman unable to cross a ball? Is it because he doesn't try enough or because he simply doesn't have the ability or technique?
I think Gylfi is a dreadful player who hardly does anything well but nothing I've seen suggests he's anything else than a model professional.
Opposition players skip past Andre Gomes because he's slow and bad at defending, not because he wants to let them get past him so easily.
James Rodriguez struggles to stay fit as he has for the last 6 or so years and while I'm sure Carlo wants to get more out of him, I don't think he can. Either the club knew what they were doing when they signed him and considered this as a possibility, or they didn't which would just make them very, very naive, especially with the Premier League generally being more intense and demanding physically.
I'd like for Sigurdsson, Iwobi, Delph to speak up and demand transfers due to favoritism. Take a stand, cowards.

Far as I'm concerned the manager seems okay with it on the surface, He's said he can leave and said he's injured or his calf isn't good to go so that is end of story for me, If fans don't believe it then that's on them, I'm not arsed. He's a world class talent and this squad isn't good enough to just push him out because he's skipping two games to see his daughter or whatever. If other players get the hump with it then Ancelotti has to deal with that.Well, hang on.

The only thing that is messed up is not being at the Wolves game, No one can defend that but feels like just beating a dead horse here.
Embarrassing how our fans claim we’re this club of the people and not like all those other corporate scab clubs, and then go out of their way to make excuses for this guy who is the epitome of the modern footballer completely out of touch with reality and essentially lives on a different planet to any of us. Remember Iwobi getting absolutely destroyed on here by the same people for posting an Instagram video on a boat during an international break.
