I can see him getting out as soon as possible.
Kronke has told the world that he will not sell to Usmanov
Usmanov has said his shares are for sale at the right price.
Either Kronke buys the shares to rid himself of the nuisance that is Usmanov and takes the Arsenal shares private in the states ( which has been mooted in the past ) or else that African Billionaire who has stated his intention to buy Arsenal makes his move and buys Usmanovs shares
But as sure as manure smells Moshiri didn’t buy 49.9 % of Everton off his own back and without his masters permission and say so.
Usmanov bought Moshiris shares to free up cash to buy Everton.
There’s a plan in place and only Moshiri Usmanov and a select few others know what it is.
When the stadium is built do you not think Everton’s owners will be given preferential treatment on other planning permissions for developments on the docks.
The Liver Building which Moshiri owns with Corestate ( a mega billion German property company ) will become a rather plush site office which does away with the need for cold and windy portaloos
Why buy the Liver building in the first place , it was peanuts to Moshiri and Corestate.
Maybe I’m adding 2+ 2 and getting 25 but there’s too many coincidences for there not to be a bigger plan underfoot.
Why did Moshiri buy us and not Newcastle , Sunderland Etc who have bigger more modern stadiums , as Big if not bigger fan bases and just as much economic potential.
He had a host of clubs to choose from , so why us.
It was hardly Bills effusive praise of the club that won him over
I’m sure Moshiri has seen right through Bill and is biding his time to get rid of him
Hence Walsh doing the Tosun deal all by himself.

I am with you mate, there is far more in all this than we have any idea of, which is why I am 100% for a new stadium here, not tucked away in the back yards of Liverpool.

...there was 3 names repeatedly rumoured in the month or so leading up to the opening of the window;

Cenk Tosun was one, and he’s since joined us.
Steven N’Zonzi was another and his situation seems to have changed.
Adama Soumaoro was the other and his name is still cropping up.

That was Farhad doing his best scouse accent, bringing yet more shame on the club.

I still wonder some days what we have done to deserve the inept clueless owners we have, then hear Everton fans ringing up talkshows, see the stuff like Toffee TV, remember Kenwright getting clapped, think about things like esk getting a free pass by loads and now making money of the profile he got due to his ITK summer and becoming an accepted "voice of the fans"

And then it hits me, our owners are better than we deserve even.

...linked with Soumaoro for a number of weeks and Sky Sports now reporting £18m interest in the 25 year old centre back. I’ve not seen anything from his agent quashing the rumour. There’s not a lot to see on YouTube, plus he’s been out for a while with a serious Achilles injury.

From the limited amount I have seen, he looks a similar type to Micah Richards.

The one injury which would make me always swerve a player whose had it.

Hopefully he arrives and either a winger or another front man.
I hope who we buy are not panic buys but players capable of staying in a side pushing for top 4/6
We had our chance last summer
I predicted Arsenal would struggle for top 4 ,Spurs would struggle with playing at Wembley and a top 4/5 place was achievable if we spent right
I’ve been proven right on the first 2 and badly wrong on the second one.
With probably no Europe next season we should concentrate on buying quality that goes straight into the first team and not youth or quantity.
Sell the makeweight ( even at a loss ) and concentrate only on players for the first 11.
Of which Pickford Coleman Keane Siggy Rooney ( rotated ) Gana are good enough ATM

...16 year old Hearts midfielder, Harry Cochrane being linked with us. I actually watched him when Hearts ended Celtic’s record breaking unbeaten run, the youngster scored in a 4-0 win. He looks like he could do with a good pan of scouse inside him.

Gave his motm champagne to his team mate because he was under age. Gonna be a class player.

Love we swoop for youth.

The January window always gets frantic at the very end as clubs that are struggling need to get players signed.
There is very often activity at the start of the window where deals that hung over from the summer are completed or some new deals are agreed probably before the window ever opened, the middle of the month sees a lull and then intense activity for the last couple of days.
It is at this time I think we may see players like Sandro, Besic and maybe even Schneiderlin leave.

As we have only league games left and we do have a large squad as it is I don't think we will sign anybody that isn't wanted for the longer term .

I think we will see a left back come in but it may be only on loan, until the summer. I honestly do not expect much activity from us regarding incoming players as clubs do not want to lose their best players cheaply.
