Potentially buying Barrios doesn't automatically mean selling Gana, we need someone to replace Gana when he's out also maybe they want to play the two at times? If Gana is out we have nobody of that level to play that role currently.

Has a better repertoire of long range finishes than probably any player for Everton who has been in the team since except perhaps Siggurdson. I’d kill for a midfielder with a ‘powderpuff shot’ like his when we have the goal scoring prowess of Davies Gomes Gueye and Schneiderlin on show.

Arteta and Pienaar would look like gods in this side. We still have some very poor players in the first 11 who are massively overhyped which is bizzare when you consider that the likes of the above Cahill Yakubu etc used to be played down by some Evertonians as not good enough.

He’s not had much of a chance here due to injuries, but is highly rated within the game.

Leon Osman was 23 before he made his debut here, don’t forget.

1) Osman is technically a class above him
2) different era Moyes had no money, look at how many youngsters he gave debuts too. If this was 2006 say, Williams probably would have played 20 games for us by now.

I find that quite ironic, considering you are overhyping those god like players we had...that won nothing.
