Can't help but agree with this.
It's hard to comprehend the idea that NOBODY in the squad gives a toss - even though it really does look that way, going by the on-field displays. Eventually a few of them will show signs of life, but there's little point in trying to add to the squad until we know exactly who has a bit of professional pride left in them.
In the interim, there are several obvious candidates for the transfer list and the ones who are:
1) liable to bring in a decent fee; or
2) on huge wages; or
3) both
should be sold without further ado.
We can't just keep buying cr*p at inflated prices, giving them huge wage deals and then letting them shamble aimlessly around Goodison or shipping them out on loan.
We have one right-winger in the squad in Theo Walcott who has been profligate all season long. Ismaela Sarr is an exciting player. We do need a new right winger with pace.

He’s a very poor midfielder. He makes as many tackles as he does because his positional play is so poor. His own inability to keep the ball effectively leads to numerous chances for him each game to win it back. Why is it that we struggle to dominate even poor championship midfields when we have one of the supposed best tacklers in the prem in our team?
