Not sure if I'm bothered or not with this one - I'll opt for the fence I think.

Admittedly he could just have turned out to be Niasse MkII but there is just enough there to suggest he has turned a corner and has a point to prove so there is just as much chance that in a couple of years time he is being sought after for substantially more that he is now.

Only time will tell.

None of us have any idea how transfers work. Nobody. Just wait and see and stop pretending to have a clue what's going on. Or making suggestions based on no knowledge.

We win 4-0, spend more than any other English club this window, and people still moan. If anyone thought there would be a massive influx of players in January that's their problem. Not the clubs. When does a club ever make the 7 signings i've seen one or two people mention on January? Especially when we are trying to do this whole getting rid of some of the woeful players we already have.

It's just not that easy.

In terms of that story mate, says he was on his way for a medical and deal was agreed a week ago.......Neither really happened did it? Sounds more like it was done off the back off the belgian news stories and nothing solid.

All i am saying is that if there is a deal being done then we kinda know about it before it happens. When it goes quiet, nothing normally follows it. Basing it on pretty much EVERY transfer window we have. There is very rarely a quiet transfer for the first team because nothing was said out the club. If there is a deal agreed it gets stuck in the media and not long after we sign them, or smash their knees in and back out of it.

Again this isn't moaning. Again this is the same attitude people got when questioning the summer. 'Oh he is moaning for not signing more players', except i am not moaning, just merely questioning whether we are or not. Because if this was it, we have got a prime target and signed a youngster for the future which is positive for the club for once.

Seems to be the other extreme in view on here is that people are quick to point out the 'heads falling off' posts but any question or suggestion of something contrary to the running opinion and it is negative? Personally i'd be happy with this business if this was it, questioning it isn't the same about moaning about it. It was questioned in the summer and a whole campaign started against anyone dared to say we weren't going to spend money/sign all these boss players. If i was moaning i would back my post up with something about the owners and 'nothing changes etc' not just asking the question.
