Coleman massively under pressure imo. RK wants defenders to defend. Sadly Coleman's not up to the jobTrue.
But, so has Lukaku, so has Barkley etc. (on the whole).
Coleman, baines, Williams - all more than good enough.
The issue is competition and back-up.
Coleman's poor form is totally exaggerated, IMO. He was crap the other day but they all were. Overall he's been fine and has even shown glimpses of being back to his better form.
Jagielka - looks like his legs may finally 'have gone'. A shame but it was bound to happen at some stage.
Funes Mori - jury is still out. I don't mind him, but he's just too rash IMO to ever make me feel comfortable with him at the back.
We have been crying out for a long time for a player that creative mate. We made it number 1 priority a year ago and didn't bother to sign one.i believed we were crying out for Dimitri Payet type player last season and I think that's still a style we should be pursuing in Jan
I see West Ham are paying their star player £125,000 per week. Watford pay Deeney £100,000 per week. How much does a star player get at Everton? I think we might still be paying the 2007 mid table rates.
For ***** SakeInterested in Fuchs of Leicester.
i completely agree it would revolutionize the attacking setup as Ross is not the answer for the number ten role. Wished we looked at Hakim Ziyech as I feel he's a top prospect and would of been relatively cheap. Ajax picked him up in the summer for ten million. We have been crying out for a long time for a player that creative mate. We made it number 1 priority a year ago and didn't bother to sign one.
Imagine a team that had a creative player in the middle like a crapper ozil (because we won't be signing anyone that good lets be honest) and then the pace out wide? That could be the difference, especially with a top striker to create for up top.
...Moshiri's comment today that we are restricted on spend by fair play rules is interesting but I'm not sure what that means in respect of a bottom line.
