You’re right it doesn’t need to be a short term fix, it’s just rare quality and value for money is available in January. I believe the midfield that starts next season will be drastically different to this year. Can see Sneiderlin, Delph and possibly Gylfi all gone and replaced with Carlo’s choice of players.

Delph has a role to play at the club. Schneiderlin and increasingly Siggy look like they need to be shipped out.

Are you classing Gbamin and Gomes as crocks, thought they just got two horrifying injuries, thought that was probably just bad luck.

Gbamin and Delph were struggling when they arrived; last summer Bernard and Gomes and Mina were all struggling when they arrived. There;s a pattern here.

Having a tough time figuring out why a 32 year old playing fairly regularly for a team still in the CL would want to join us.
