Sheffield United's loan move for Mason Holgate has fallen through after Everton's demand for a late fee. Defender had travelled for a medical. Remains to be seen if the deal can be resurrected.
 

They do sponsor themselves on the shirt and sold St Maximin to one of their Saudi clubs. I’m sure they’ll push it more now they are close to PSR.
There’s a report,I think in the times, which articulates their plan to ramp up a load of sponsorship deals. The Saudis buy a load of arms off the British government so there’s no fear of them ending up in the dock.

Yes...a straigh loan without any options. Probably as a replacement for danjuma...we would need to have options on those loans because we could still get a transfer ban.

Wouldn’t the transfer ban negate the option? I remember the Kovacic one but I thought that was very particular case.

It depends how its worded isnt it?
Chelsea where not allowed to register any new players, however they could extend current deals(contract extensions) or make loan deals permanent.
