That’s your hope.

We’ll, actually my hope is people will see a bit of a diamond in the rough and think they can mould him into a top player, and get him for a relatively “low” fee.

Hoping a German side will come in for him myself.
We aren’t getting serious money for this dude, not a chance.

This fella is just tosun mk ll. Came for big money, hasn’t worked out and no one is going to want to give us actual money for him cos of his wage and injury record. He’ll have 2 years of loan moves before leaving for nothing when contract expires.

Id take 5-10m for him just to get rid of him and that would probably cover most of his wages since he's been here.

That’s what I’d take.

Personally, I’d say that’s a decent return for a fella who’s unreliable.

That said, with right coaching, I’m sure there’s a player in there… but don’t let it be at Everton.

Another one we’ll be keeping until his contract expires. I gave him the benefit of the doubt with his injuries etc. but if he’s always on the piss then he’s likely causing a lot of his own injuries. Jack Wilshere was another one; it was believed he always injured because he still had alcohol in his system when training, which is known to increase the risk of injury. He was regularly spotted out drinking and smoking.

Considering his drink driving conviction and this story I think it’s fair to assume he’s a bum.

Slightly captain hindsight I know but character traits like absolutely hounding for the beers should probably have been taken in account by Everton when we signed him.

Now he’s fit, FL can assess his potential.
considering FFP and probably not able to sell for any sort of decent money, it might be that he’s put into the squad with a specific role in specific games.
Hopefully not a complete waste of cash

Milner complimented the current Liverpool side saying 'we don't sign knobheads'.

All we do is sign knobheads.
That’s it. Mentality and desire is almost everything at this level and separates the winners from the also rans.

The trouble is you don’t need to be anything special to be very rich, so the desire to improve probably isn’t there for a lot of players once they get to a certain level of wealth.
