Not sure I agree with you there mate, I think he’s a very good player, raw and needs developing, he needs to find a home and get a foundation to play.

He reminds me a bit of Arnautović if I’m honest.

He needs work and isn’t the finished article, but I can see the raw and varied talent and he definitely has skills.

Soton fans were raving about him when they had him on loan. Got a bad injury the following year and I think now he needs somewhere to get settled and bed in.

Think it depends on the type of loan mate, with an option it feels more 'permanent' in a way. Also a lot of our loans in the past are done on deadline day almost so no time to do the commercial stuff before announcing.
