Big game for Joel today. He's been in great form but has also been protected by a strong defence.
He can expect a much stiffer test at Spurs and at RS, Man U and Arsenal. It's in these games that he can prove he really is good enough to be our No 1 next season.
Really hope he will for the team and for himself as given all the talk around Pickford etc it appears RK is yet to be convinced.

No one was complimenting these defenders during the shocking run of results from September to December, in fact with Koeman, they were getting slaughtered with adverse comments. "All season" is a revisionist exaggeration.
